life in this current company, though hv colleagues to work/chit chat. bt if u make slight mistakes, they wont give u chance. they will go straight report to BOSS!
if their own dept ppl make mistakes, no reporting bt me... ...they will kind of sian...wanna learn more yet ppl here all are so scared of letting off. Hw to work? boss create job for bt all are so basic, create files lah, file this, file tat. so low morale.
