I am not sure if i am unlucky or what, my 1st time to Genting via coach. And i met with a number of incidents.
When we first arrived Genting, First World Hotel, there's no instruction /directory which way is the lobby or check in counter etc etc, also no sign board telling us, if we had 2 nites stay, we can straight go to the check in counter, that time was 3.45am, and only a long long qunue before the reception counter so we join in the queue, bt thats for those who had only a nite stay tourist. After 25mins, the receptionist ask us if we have 2nites stay? instead of advise us to go straight to the check in counter he still issue us a 11am check in queue slip!!! We realise something was wrong we quickly go check out with other hotel staffs but only 4 counters were open that time and only 2 are working and those tourists before us have so many questions. as we were too tired, we can only stand and pull a really long face. But still in the end we got our room, at 1st the lady still insist we shld check in at 11, but in the end we gt our room and rest that time alredy 5am! we reached at 3.30am!
We have to change 2 buses before we reach back Singapore home. On our way back the bus driver is taking his own sweet time to drive(i am nt saying he is wrong for driving slow but he keep bring us to purchase things and stop by toilet every 1hr, which kind of weird, i am nt sure, what's ur experience?), instead schedule to reach back by 9pm we reach back at 12am. There's no jam at the Tuas checkpoint. The reason is bcos when we reach the Malaysia Custom we were told to change bus the 2nd time, and worse, we didnt even know which bus to change to, we were left behind at that place for about 45mins before the bus driver re-appear with a new bus. And before we start our journey our other bus passengers took too much time to get onto the bus... ...
Haizzzz...but after all these, OVERALL this trip is ok as i gt quite a number of things at cheaper rates & my hubby win abit at the casino .
