this dish is really simple yet very difficult to get it the right texture. i tried steam it a few times, i still cant get the right silky texture.
ingredient:
300ml water
3eggs, large
seasonings:
seasme oil-2tbsp
light soysauce/maggi soy sauce-2tbsp
dash pepper & chicken stock
1tbsp garlic oil
spring onion-1tbsp

1. combine water, eggs & seasoning and mix well. strain into a steaming tray
2. steam at low heat for 10-12mins or until set. remove.
3. sprinkle chopped spring onion, fried garlic oil on egg & serve.
***do not steam eggs eith high heat, otherwise the texture will be coarse & nt smooth. also lightly beat the eggs to avoid too much air frm getting in.
