hus loves this dish so much. he is kind of fussy eater so if this suit him, i am sure this receipe shld be love by others.
ingredient:
500g chicken fillet(abt 10pcs), cut cubes
marinates:
shao xing wine-2tbsp
light soy sauce- 3tbsp
seasme oil- 2tbsp
corn flour- 2-3tsp
egg- 1pc
deep frying:
self raising flour -4tbsp
corn flour -4tbsp
custard powder-3tbsp
capsicum- 1pcs, cubes
red chillies, large- 1pcs, sliced
pineapple-1 slice
sauces:
plum sauce- 3tbsp
tomato-4-5tbsp
sugar-3tsp
water- 125ml

1. marinate the chicken for at least 30mins to 1hr. b4 deep frying, coat the chicken with the flour(mix the 3 flour well).
2. deep fried the chicken till golden colour. set aside. Make sure the oil is HOT b4 put in the chickens cubes. also do not cover up when deep frying.
3. deep fried the pineapples, for a 1-2 mins. then drain off the oil. add in all other ingredients, stir fry for awhile then add the the sauce, after it boil, add in the chickens stir fry for awhile and dish up. if sauce still too watery, add in the corn starch to thickening.
***to deep fried the pineapple is to enchance the smell.
