BZ Week!!

Had many things going round this week, planning for Jae 1st b'dae,doing claims for work.this week is a busy wrkg week for me. So happy.:)

Luckily we always keep those unopen disposable plates/forks & spoons & cups. Nw can help me save up some $$$.

Now bb jae learning to stand on her own grabbing either sofa leg or chair. She love to crawls to the kitchens. She will keep calling papa once she is awake bt if we follow her to call papa she will stop or if she see her father she will nt call anymore. haha! ppl say if she keep call papa, our next child will be boy boy boy. haha! Nw i start to let her play those shape sorter, nw starting with circle and square for her, last evening we try to let her put in the shape frm left and she can do it bt after a few tries then i try turn frm left to right, she dun wan to play liao...nvm, juz let her be 1st, muz try other ways to teach her, i find she dun like to sit down to play she likes to lie on her stomach to play.

I find she get paiseh if i keep ask her to fren other bb boy boy, she will hide to my shoulder. I will juz tell her u see gt gor gor here, lets be fren fren...k? she will keep see other side and smile to herself...so cute.

BB jae was calling 'ma ma' on sat nite while i was i was bz preparing her wash up water, clothes & etc...

i guess is bcos she was alone in living rm bah... ...nevertheless, it was very happy to hear that. nw she starts to wanting to put shapes back to their respective place. she also start to understand wat i had bn teaching her, 1 incident i ask her dun touch/pull wire...if she insist i will beat her or i will carry her away bt b4 i can carry her away she was trying to hide frm me...n my mum keep say jae was pulling a long face b4 i could carry her and while she is hiding frm me she didnt wan to look at me... ...haha!

Sun afternoon rain so heavily so ask ma to come over instead we bring bb jae back. Cook dry mee on sun and i never realise i can cook 'you mian' so well. haha! well enuff for own meals lah...

then dinner we choose to hv mee again this time with more ingredients.

25Aug - Driver reversing without seeing??? y???

Over the wkn, read paper and saw a news heading: Lorry driver knocked onto a 8yrs old & today paper appear tis Lorry driver 'pls forgive me'.

To me nt only Lorry Driver reversing without realising there's ppl walking past. Car driver also. As i working in tuas area, the truck drivers here are kind of quite ok as they are aware ppl will walk past frequent during morning/lunch & off work timing. Bt during lunch hr, car driver here are very kaisu abt parking lot, they are fight for lots, reversing with seeing, my colleague was nearly being knocked dw... and wat the driver do is juz wave and say sorry...wat is the use?

When my kid is older, muz make them aware abt road safety, nt only when crossing road bt also wen walking in carpark. muz always be 100% alert abt the vehicles bcos driver dun really care abt pedestrian.

new bb shoes frm Mothercare

On Monday PM mentioned increase 4more weeks for maternity... ...shld we be happy or not? Is good to hv more time for our kids bt hw abt employer?

last week hv job fair @suntec, went there with dada & mum & bb jae, expect dada, the rest of us were shopping, dada went to the fair to check out.

@ Marina Square saw a few sales, bought sum clothes for BB jae, FOX @ $7/pc only. Without much thinking i bought 3suits for her, all are bigger size HOPE can last her till CNY. Gt white blouse/*/t-shirt, dark red shorts...:)

Times files BB jae 1st b'dae drawing near, draft out the guest list y'dae. got 40over, then strike here and there still gt 35pax. Draft out the price list too, if based on ratio of 1:3 food, cost us $500.00

BB jae,grown up so fast. nw she have temper liao, if she is unhappy she will become groggy/cranky. haha! if she wan to crawl, she must crawl, i learn frm book tat we must let them be so she will be tired and sleep good. haha! even though hw unwilling we r to let her crawl on floor bt still give in juz need more time to do cleaning while she sleeps.

Things always dun go according to wat we want. Most of the time is going against our will. y?

Last week, saw a funeral near my mum place, she told me is for a young mummy. her children is just barely 7 & 2...

Saturday was her last day n my mum told me the daughter was crying & shouting for mummy, n daddy was consoling her tat mummy had gone to a peaceful place, dun shout anymore mummy knw u r calling her, call her frm ur heart, mummy will know... if i was there, i sure cry.

I was thinking wat will happen to BB jae if i die young, i hope my mum will continue to look after & educate her. She must grow up to be a good temper, healthy happi gal.

Whatever going to happen in future, we must treasure wat we hv nw. We must really take good care of ourselves.

Today back to work, in tray gt some works for me bt I miss BB jaee, had a long week with BB jae. She was quite cranky last few days. Always wake up in the middle of the nite, demand for rocking her to sleep when I heard her snoring, I gradually stop rocking, she will wake up again when is stopping, really pissed me off bt wat to do? Pray that she will fall into deep sleep sn…then 7am++ again she will wake up n when I rock her she will sleep bt if stop she will wake up again…haizzz….will let her wake up n bathe her & give her milk…then bring her down for morning walk hehe!

When I point to her tat got bird n tat time birds flying from tree A to B. then she turn back to look at tree A to see if still got bird will fly to tree B. n really got another bird flying over, she was so happy keep screaming…den laugh at herself & keep clap her hand.

Let her try egg yolk. She loves it so much. 1^st time I mixed with rice cereal to treat like breakfast for her, as I was having my breakfast as I didn’t hv walker at hm so put her sitting beside me, then keep telling her this is breakfast, u r having rice cereal with egg yolk. She was smiling all the way.

Since last week, been boiling stock for BB Jae which intro by Zoe Tay, I boiled with spare ribs, ikan bills, yellow beans, dry scallop, red dates, and wolfberry with corn, potato & carrot,i add veggies wen cooking porridge. Then pour it in bottles and store in fridge use it when we going to cook porridge. I give my mum a big bottle so BB jae can get more nutrients. Wen she is with me I tried to mixed more food for her like fish with potato, potato with egg yolk or carrot with potato & etc etc. We bought fish to cook with porridge, I was so worried that it will hv bones. Haizzz…keep use finger to stir the porridge to check b4 feed BB. If wait till feeding time then stir, she will nt be so patient to wait for us, hahaaha!

Anyway, my mum say BB jae seem like grow fatter leh…hopefully…

Bought 2pack L petpet @ $20.00 only. Kind of cheap liao as nw market rate is $15/pack.

Sometime I will think back if we have been spoiling BB jae, I do not wish to spank her in future bcos of our mistake now. It is so hard to get it balance. Sometime when will demand to get her ways by screaming, Unless is too late, if nt I will nt comply to her wish, at nite before goes to bed, sometime she will want to get out of the room n walk round the living rm, nw is living rm, dun knw in future where she will want. I really worry. Was letting her crawling round the living rm. Playing hid n seek with her, she was so happy. She will try to do look for me wen call her n hide…haha!

She is nw reading picture book & flipping pages using 2 fingers. So cute. Then when she see those pages I had been reading to her, she will make some noise to alert me then when I read to her she will smile…so cute…

I really wish I do nt need to spank her. Last Saturday evening, really too angry, I spank her on her 'pigu', as she keep turn around nt wanting me to put on her diaper…nw as she grow older she starts to roll over & she won’t keep still for us, haizzz… nw when think back, mayb i shld let her be...let her roll n crawl awhile then wear bt wat if she urine? i kena once in the middle of the nite, haha on my bed, haizzz...as dadi was sleeping so use her cloth diaper to cover the wet area. This happen when she is nt having enuff sleep, tat evening she even dun allow us to wear her clothes, so angry as i manage to let her wear one side then bring her to mirror to let her see hw she wear then she keep smiling at herself, after 5mins i manage to let her wear full...tat time was too windy...so worry.

When teaching our children, most impt is to be consistent. I do nt allow her to play TV controller, DVD controller or HP bt sometime she is too hyper active only controller & HP can make her keep still at one corner for awhile like when we wanna have our meal or esp when dadi is carrying her for her meal. So am I right? So hard to be consistent, I try nt to let her get wat she wants eg if she see something n demand to touch/take I won’t let her… … this I can be very consistent bt for controller thing I cant as my il side & dadi is letting her doing these. So… …fan...

Sunday Outing

Sunday went out again...we the family of 3, went Bt Panjang for breakfast and dada bought a new ph, KP 105. small, slim & light, it got FM radio too. then went to NTUC for bb milk powder shopping then go hm then i ask if he wanna go sell phone...haha!

So we went to Toa Payoh as we are near my ma place, so ask her to go also, dada went to sell old HP & leave me, BB jae and mum to go shop shop ard...came across a shop selling really cheap clothing, at 1st very relunant to go in bt ma say hey u see the bb clothing quite nice leh...see lah, and i also discover some t-shirt carrying branded tag bt they make a small cut across the tag & clothing are either XL or XS and adult t-shirt selling at $5.00 GAP somemore...i bought a swim suit for BB jae, haha on the tag there, it state for 18 to 24mths hopefully by Oct she still can wear... hehe! bought a few sleeveless shirt too gt one thought is shirt bt when try on BB jae turn out to a dress haha...quite ugly lor. at tat shop saw a mumy pregnant lor still buying 2 pieces swim suit at 1st thought she buying for someone, bt to my surprise she is measuring on herself...haizz...n the way she tok seem like she is nt local... ...y some ppl can be so daring?

then went toa payoh hub for snack as ma say she is hungry, so we went to find some aircon eating place n dada also had a teriyaki chicken rice...me, had some snack, deep fried tapioka...quite nice. BB jae was sleeping tat time then she wake up, ma bought her a toy and she had her milk. & we managed get a flower balloon for BB jae, so happy & i keep tell her tat 1 is flower balloon n she actually remember as after we reach hm wen i ask her again, she turn to look for balloon. :)
